The Space
The Studio is made up of a large, main play space, a kitchen and lounge area, separate toilet and shower rooms, and a gated outside space.
Main Room
With 800 sq/ft of floor space & 11ft ceilings, the main studio space is spacious & light.

It's fully furnished with versatile equipment, adjustable lighting, an integrated sound system & heating.
Lounge
The lounge room is at the front of the Studio. It's a space to relax, have a cup of tea or just step out from the main area.
​
There is seating, tables & a fully fitted kitchen, as well as space to store personal items.
Amenities
The Studio has a private toilet & shower room, with free toiletries & fresh towels.

In the kitchen there are tea/coffee making facilities, a gas stove, oven, microwave & fridge.​
Security
The main door is discreet & away from the road and behind a gated area. It has an intercom bell system & double locking doors.
​
The location is private, but not isolated, so guests can feel as safe as possible during their visit.
